By placing an order through our website or authorised sales channels, you agree to the terms stated below.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- The book received is damaged
- The book received is defective or misprinted
- An incorrect title has been delivered
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor printing variations
- Damage caused after delivery
Replacement Process
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement copy instead of a refund. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and should include clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item along with the order details.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment. Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, instructions will be provided by our support team. Customers are requested not to return any product without prior confirmation. In cases where the issue is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be borne by Timeless Script House.
